6. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

• Women’s Clothing: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Electronics & Home Appliances:

  • If a personal care tool or home appliance arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, you must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of receipt along with unboxing photos or video evidence.

  • Warranty terms (if applicable) cover manufacturing defects only. Accidental drops, liquid damage, misuse, or power surges are excluded from warranty coverage.
